To redeem a voucher code, click on the menu item "My account" and select "My voucher codes" there. Enter your voucher code into the input field and click on the "Redeem voucher code" button. The voucher codes you have entered will be used automatically with your future orders.
The shipping costs are 4.16 EUR plus VAT. If the amount due is 0 EUR because vouchers have been redeemed, shipping is also free of charge. Delivery is carried out to the following countries: Germany, Austria.
Methods of payment currently include advance payment via bank transfer, electronic direct debiting and PayPal (credit card, "Giropay"). More information about PayPal is available here:
